On Monday, January 8th, the Cedar Grove-Belgium Girls Basketball team will be taking on Dominican at home. Dominican is said to be a good team and will be a great competition for the girls. Mr.Coopman scouted Dominican on Tuesday and said that they were a very good basketball team, and they have talent. One of Dominicans best players, Dasia, scored 38 points at the game on Tuesday. Being only a sophomore, this is very outstanding. They are a fast team and Cedar Grove’s defense will have to be at their best. If Cedar Grove plays at their best performance, there is no doubt they will be able to pull off a win. The Cedar Grove-Belgium girl’s team is looking forward to this game since the last few games they have played have been lacking competition. We wish the best of luck to the girl’s basketball team.
